What are the Sculpting Wands?

The Sculpting Wands are the first all-in-one products to rapidly target visible signs of aging on the neck and face. Our revolutionary serums and airless applicators provide a non-invasive, safe, and effective way to noticeably sculpt the skin, smooth wrinkles, and reduce fine lines.

How does the Sculpting Wand work?

The Sculpting Wand uses a concentrated serum that, through a unique macro-sphere delivery system, remains on the upper dermis of the skin to target areas of concern. Our encapsulated, time-released formula contains advanced skincare ingredients such as peptide blends and amino acids to promote firmer, younger looking skin. SBLA Macro-Sphere Technology controls the precise delivery of ingredients to the skin and facilitates deep skin penetration.

What is the difference between the Face and Neck Wands?

The two wands are formulated using specific ingredients that are compatible with the areas of skin they target. The Instant Facial serum is specifically designed not to irritate the delicate skin around the eyes and lips and includes relaxants that are not ideal for the neck, chin, or jawline.

The Facial serum is also more concentrated and should be used as a targeted treatment for areas of concern whereas the Neck serum is intended for full area coverage of the neck.

The Neck wand formula helps to provide tightening and lifting for the necklace lines, the jowls, the chin and the décolleté.

Can I use other skin care products with the wands?

We always recommend using the wand on clean, dry skin. Wait a few minutes after application, until the product has been completely absorbed, before continuing with your normal skincare routine, including moisturizer.

How long do the effects last?

Each application tightens and firms the skin; continued use helps our potent ingredients provide cumulative benefits to the skin. Our serums hydrate and work to boost collagen production and smooth skin over time.

Is the product safe?

All of our products contain ingredients that have been rigorously safety tested and approved by the FDA. The face and neck are sensitive areas, so it is likely for users to experience anything from a mild tingling sensation to a warm feeling. This is completely normal and will subside quickly. Skin will begin to desensitize, and the initial tingling and warmth will cease after the first few days of use. If the sensation becomes uncomfortable, remove with lukewarm water, let the skin rest, and try a small amount of product.

Is the product safe for women breastfeeding or pregnant?

Our products are safe, but if there are any concerns, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting use.

Can I apply the Wands on other parts of my body?

Our products are formulated and tested to be applied on specific areas, so we do not recommend using the wand on other parts of the body.

FAQ'S - ORIGINAL NECK, CHIN & JAWLINE SCULPTING WAND

What is the Neck, Chin and Jawline Sculpting Wand?

The Neck, Chin, and Jawline Sculpting Wand contains a serum with active ingredients to firm, tighten and lift areas of the neck, chin, and jawline. It also works to boost collagen production, brighten and even out skin tone, and reverse sun damage. It contains a blend of active ingredients that are employed by our macrosphere technology to precisely deliver the ingredients and facilitate deep skin penetration. The airless design of the Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand preserves our serum’s raw material ingredients for prolonged potency and features an antimicrobial stainless silver ball for flexible and clean application. Each application delivers a measured dose. Results of the Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand are immediate and cumulative and can take years off the appearance of the neck, chin and jawline.

Can I use the Neck wand on my face?

We do not recommend using the Neck, Chin and Jawline Sculpting Wand on the face as it is a more aggressive formula and may irritate the thinner skin around the eyes, lips and on the forehead. Both products do use the same unique macro-sphere delivery system to achieve the best results, but are formulated with ingredients for the skin of the different targeted areas.

Why don’t I feel any tingling or heat sensation when applying?

Everyone experiences the serum differently. Depending on other skincare products you have used or currently use, your skin could be desensitized to certain ingredients. It also depends on how sensitive your skin is in general. If you do not feel any sort of tingling, this does not mean the product isn’t working, as the ingredients are still being absorbed into the skin.

Why isn’t serum dispensing from my Sculpting Wand?

Please place your Sculpting Wand tip end down for a few minutes, then press firmly but slowly several times to get the serum flowing again. Tapping the bottle may also help dislodge any air bubbles. Best practice is to store your Sculpting Wand tip side down.

If the product is gluten free, why does it include hydrolyzed wheat protein?

We are certified as Gluten Free, and all our ingredients are laboratory tested to ensure they meet strict FDA standards. The FDA currently defines any items having less than 20 ppm of gluten as Gluten Free.

Can I refill the neck sculpting wand?

The Sculpting Wand is manufactured as a single unit, and for sterility and safety reasons it is not refillable.

Can I wear makeup after applying?

We recommend using the product on freshly cleansed, dry skin. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the product to fully absorb, then continue to apply any skincare, sunscreen, or make-up.

What are the ingredients in the Sculpting Wand?

The Sculpting Wands are Fragrance Free, Paraben Free, Gluten Free and 100% Vegan. See each product page on our website for a detailed listing of ingredients.

How many pumps should I use?

One dose/pump of serum is usually sufficient to apply to the neck, chin and jawline area. An additional pump may be required for the décolleté. Of course, it is up to personal preference and more can be used if desired.

What is the new Neck XL Sculpting Wand?

The XL Wand contains our revolutionary fat melting formula that targets fat under the chin, builds collagen, and helps regenerate healthy skin cells. The fat melting formula mimics a high metabolic physiological response that triggers fat to melt, comparable to the way exercise burns fat. Each application delivers a measured dose of product that should cover the neck, chin and jawline area.

 

How is it different from the Original Neck Wand?

The Neck Wand XL contains our new proprietary Fat Melting Complex in addition to the skin tightening and wrinkle fighting ingredients from our original formula. The XL wand also contains our Collagen Synthesis complex to increase the synthesis of collagen in the skin.

How does the XL Wand work?

Our topical serum was formulated specifically to gently target the fat cells that are known to accumulate under the chin, jaw, and neck area. The fat melting formula mimics a high metabolic physiological response that causes fat to melt, comparable to the way exercise burns fat.

Are the results permanent?

Melting a fat cell is permanent, but your body can continue to generate fat cells depending on your lifestyle. Continue to use the wand as long as there are fat cells you wish to melt.

Do I need to use both the Original and XL Wands?

The XL wand can be used on its own, but for best results, we recommend using the XL at night for fat burning and hydration benefits and the Original Neck Wand formula during the day to increase hydration and absorption and maximize your results around the clock.

Where can I use the XL Wand?

The serum is formulated and tested for use on the neck, chin and jawline area only. We do not recommend using it on other areas of the face or body.

How long does it take to see results?

During clinical testing, some participants saw visible results overnight. However, more dramatic results were largely noticeable after 2 to 4 weeks.

Can I use the XL Wand during the day?

Yes! You can use the XL at night and during the day, it can even be reapplied throughout the day as desired. We typically recommend using the XL at night and the Original Neck, Chin and Jawline formula during the day to maximize your results around the clock. However, it truly depends on your needs and skincare routine.

FAQ'S - FACIAL INSTANT SCULPTING WAND

What is the Instant Facial Sculpting Wand?

The Instant Facial Sculpting Wand contains active ingredients to firm, tighten and smooth specific areas of the face such as the forehead, nasolabial folds, cheekbones and around the eyes and lips. Our powerhouse serum contains potent, good-for-your skin ingredients that work instantly and cumulatively. The serum also works to brighten and even out skin tone and reverse sun damage. Each wand holds about 100 doses and can be applied in the morning and at nighttime.

Should I be using the Instant Facial Sculpting Wand all over my face?

No, unlike the Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand, the Instant Facial Wand should be strategically applied to areas of concern rather than as a full-face serum. The serum is highly concentrated, so it is designed to maximize your results even with a small amount of product.

Does it help with under eye bags?

The Facial Instant Sculpting Wand can help reduce dark undereye circles. For extra refreshing results place your wand in the fridge overnight and use the cold applicator in the morning.

Can I use the facial wand on my eyelids?

No, we do not recommend the use of the facial wand on the eyelids. When using the wand around the eye area be cautious not to get the serum in your eye. If you do, wash your eyes out with lukewarm water.

How do you apply it around the eyes and lips?

Our facial wand is designed to smooth and reduce fine lines on the delicate skin of the face, including the ‘crow’s feet’ and under eye area. We recommend carefully applying the serum to these areas, specifically to be sure you do not get any in your eyes. It is highly concentrated, and you do not need much per area. You can pump a small amount of serum, then dab the serum on target areas including the under eye and rub in with the wand tip in small circles or horizontally, whichever you prefer. What is the SBLA Lip Plump and Sculpt Filler?

The SBLA Lip Plump and Sculpt instantly plumps lips, reduces fine lines, enhances shape, hydration and lip color, and increases lip fullness with a single application. What is the difference between the regular Lip Plump and Sculpt and the Double the Plump?

The Limited Edition Double the Plump contains our SBLA Proprietary Volume Complex, which has double the active ingredients to increase plumping of the lips. The Limited Edition Double the Plump plumper also contains our Hyaluronic Acid & Peptide Blend to improve the overall appearance of the lips immediately and cumulatively. How does your product compare to other lip plumpers?

As a company, we try not to compare ourselves to other brands, but we believe we have created a revolutionary new product with the SBLA Plumper with a proprietary blend of ingredients and technology. One of our phytonutrient-based LIPerfection™, a phytonutrient (aka Sinalbin) to increase blood flow to the lips in a thorough, organic method. One of our ingredients Volulip™ is a raw material that is a blend of ingredients and peptides that increase lip volume as well as absorption. Our SBLA Lip Plump and Sculpt is the first lip plumper to mimic lip injections by sculpting the lips, lifting the lip line and giving you customized plump and augmentation.

Why is your lip plumper more expensive than others?

Our Lip Plump and Sculpts are $42.00 and $52.00, which are comparable to other available lip products. We use proprietary ingredients and a unique delivery system to increase volume while simultaneously smoothing and hydrating the lips. We are positive you will be thrilled with the performance and application of our SBLA Lip Plump and Sculpt lip plumper.

How long does the plumping last?

The SBLA Lip Plumper typically works for 3 to 6 hours, but some customers have seen our product work for even longer. You can re-apply any time as needed.

What if I don't see results immediately?

Moisture can greatly reduce the ability for the Lip Plumper’s ingredients to be absorbed by the skin. Please ensure your lips are completely dry when applying the plumper and avoid licking your lips for the first few minutes after application. While most people will see the effects immediately, some people may need to use it a few times before really seeing the best results.

Is it safe to use throughout the day?

Yes! It is safe to use the SBLA Instant Lip Plump & Sculpt all day long. The more you apply, the more dramatic the results. You may feel a warm or mild tingling sensation when applying the product. This is totally normal and will subside within a few minutes. Do not apply on broken skin or overly chapped lips.

FAQ'S - E-GIFT CARDS

Do you offer E-Gift Cards?

We offer Gift Cards in the form of (electronic) E-Gift Cards in denominations ranging from $25 to $500 and can only be used at SBLA.com

Do E-Gift Cards expire?

Our E-Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.

Are E-Gift Cards Transferrable?

E-Gift Cards are fully transferable to anyone you choose. Anyone who has the E-Gift Card’s code can use it towards their purchase on SBLA.com. Simply forward the email to the person you wish to use your gift card.

Do E-Gift Cards have cash value?

SBLA E- Gift Cards do not have any cash value and can only be used to purchase products from SBLA.com

Can I return an E-Gift Card?

The E-Gift Card itself is not returnable, redeemable or exchangeable for cash. If you would like to return an item that was purchased using an E-Gift Card, your refund will be credited back to you in the form of a new E-Gift Card.

How can I check the balance of an E-Gift Card?

You can check the balance by emailing customerservice@SBLA.com. You will need to provide the E-Gift Card number to our Customer Service Team.

What should I do if my E-Gift Card has been lost or stolen?

Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash. The value of the E-Gift Card will not be replaced if it is lost, damaged or stolen.

FAQ'S- MY ORDER

How long does it take to get my order?

The shipping time of an order depends on your geographic location and shipping method. Orders placed with expedited shipping normally take 2-3 days.

Free, standard shipping often takes 5-10 days.

International orders vary by country. They typically ship in around two weeks depending on your location.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Standard Shipping is free on all orders over $50 USD within the continental USA and Canada. For all other orders shipping charges depend on destination and are calculated and shown in the transaction summary prior to checkout. Pricing and additional information is available on the shipping page.

What countries do you ship to?

SBLA now ships worldwide, with a few exceptions. If you are unsure if we ship to your country please contact us via email as customerservice@sbla.com.

What carriers do you use?

Orders to the USA with free shipping are shipped via DHL and USPS. Orders with expedited shipping are sent via FedEx Two day. Canadian orders are all shipped via CanadaPost. International orders are sent with Passport International.

Where are orders shipped from?

Our Distribution Centre in New Jersey ships out all orders to the USA and internationally.

Orders to Canada are shipped from our Distribution Centre in Toronto, Ontario.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact customerservice@sbla.com to request an order cancellation. Once an order has shipped it cannot be canceled or edited. We do our best to fulfill orders quickly so please contact us as soon as possible.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Please contact customerservice@sbla.com within 48 hours of receiving the package so we can assist with this issue. Please include your order number and images of the incorrect items you received.

How can I sign up for the SBLA Wanders Club?

You can sign up for our loyalty program by creating an account on our website.

How can I earn points?

There are many ways to earn points! If you are part of our SBLA Wanders Club and logged into your account, you can get points on any product purchase you make on SBLA.com $1 spent equals 1 point earned. What are the different tiers?

We have three loyalty tiers for members of our SBLA Wanders Club.

Tier 1: BLACK – free to join, Tier 2: SILVER - $500 spend, Tier 3: PURPLE- $1000 spend

All members of our SBLA Wanders Club have access to exclusive rewards, discounts and gifts. As you progress through the tiers you are entitled to even more premium gifts, early access to sales and product launches.

How many points can I redeem at once?

You can redeem 200 points for $10 off your order, 500 points for $25 off your order or 1,000 points for $50 off your order. You can also redeem more points for free products, specifics are available on the Loyalty page.

How do I redeem points?

If you have accrued enough points to redeem you can click on “Apply Loyalty Points’ in the cart on applicable items. You can also browse the options on our Loyalty page, be sure to log into your account to see what options are available to you.

I purchased before the sale, can you price match?

Yes, loyalty points are earned on all individual and subscription orders, but no points are earned for taxes and shipping fees. 

Can I earn and redeem points on a subscription order?

Yes, we are happy to offer 1 loyalty point for each dollar spent on all subscription orders. You also have the option to redeem your points for discounts or additional products on your future subscription orders.

What happens if I cancel or return my order?

If an order is canceled or returned any points earned from the purchase will be deducted from your SBLA Wanders Club account.

How can I view my points balance?

You can view all the points you have earned by logging into your account and navigating to the loyalty section.

Do my points expire?

Yes, points expire after one year of inactivity on your account.

How do I refer a friend?

Introduce your friends to SBLA Beauty. Gift your friends $25 off their first order of $125 or more! For every friend you successfully refer, you will receive $25 in loyalty points to apply to your next order. To refer a friend, log into your account and visit our Loyalty page and enter their email address in the referral section.

FAQ'S - RETURNS/REFUND

Do you offer a money back guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply visit our return policy page within 15 days of delivery to begin the appropriate return process with the exception of ineligible items. We will complete your refund to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned item. Please note a shipping fee is applied to US returns corresponding to the price of the return label.

How do I receive my refund?

We will process your refund to the original form of payment upon receipt of the returned package. You will receive a refund notification once it has been processed. Please allow your financial institution 2-10 business days to return your refund to your account after you receive your refund confirmation email.

Can I exchange my products that I bought from SBLA.com?

At this time we do not offer exchanges on products. If you feel your item is defective and would like to exchange for a replacement, please contact customerservice@sbla.com within 60 days of receiving your order.

My tracking shows my returned items has arrived at your facility, why haven’t I received my refund?

Once received at our distribution facility it still needs to be inspected, processed and reported back to our head office, this can take up to 30 days.

FAQ'S - PAYMENTS

Is sales tax charged on my order?

Sales Tax is charged where applicable.

In the USA, sales tax only applies to New Jersey residents who pay 7 percent sales tax and Florida residents who pay 6 percent sales tax.

For international orders applicable taxes and duties will be calculated and the transaction summary prior to checkout.

What payment methods does SBLA.com accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Shopify or you may choose to pay for your purchase through PayPal payment service.

As an extra security measure, first-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

Why is my form of payment not being accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You can also make payment through PayPal. We do not accept Debit Cards. Please check to ensure the form of payment is accepted by SBLA and that all your billing information is correct. If you are still having issues email customerservice@sbla.com.

Why is there a currency exchange fee/international banking fee?

Depending on your banking institution, you may be charged an international banking fee of $1.00 to $2.00 maximum. We are not charging you this fee and have no control over it.

Why was I charged more than once?

SBLA cannot create additional charges on behalf of our customers. If your purchase was made using Shop Pay installments or Afterpay you will be charged in four separate installments. If you have received two charges and are not using an installment service it is possible your banking institution placed a hold at the time of ordering, this normally drops off your statement within a few days. If you have any questions please contact customerservice@sbla.com and include a screenshot of the double charge.

Can I pay for an order over the phone?

At this time, we offer support only by email. Products must be purchased online via our website or Amazon storefront.

FAQ'S - AFTERPAY

What is an installment payment plan by Afterpay?

Installments by Afterpay is a service that allows you to make a purchase now and pay in four equal, interest-free payments made every 2 weeks.

How do I use Instalments by Afterpay?

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments by Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details. Returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments by Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.

Can I use instalments by Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

How does the payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method.

When will my items be delivered if I use instalments by Afterpay?

After you complete a purchase online, Afterpay orders are delivered as per usual under our standard shipping time frame. Method of payment does not impact shipping turnaround.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction?

Yes, SBLA has a $1,000 transaction value limit that applies to purchases made on on our site using Instalments by Afterpay.

Which products are not eligible for purchase using instalments by Afterpay?

Afterpay is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Afterpay eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders.

How do I return an item purchased using instalments by Afterpay?

You can return your Afterpay purchase within 10 days. Once we have received your return, Afterpay will be notified and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.

Where can I find Afterpay if I don't see it at checkout?

Afterpay should be on the final payment page. The Checkout process consists of 3 pages. The Information page, the Shipping page, and the Payment page. It is the Payment page that you can select between paying by credit card, Paypal, ShopPay or Afterpay. Click the little button beside the green Afterpay logo and then click 'Complete Order'. FAQ'S - MISCELLANEOUS

Where are SBLA products made?

All SBLA products are manufactured in the USA.

Why do beauty products not work on everyone?

 A large part of how beauty products work for each individual person is body chemistry. Each person’s body chemistry is different and therefore the same results are not experienced by everyone.

There are about 20% of people whose body chemistry just does not match with the product ingredients and they do not achieve optimum results.  

We appreciate you giving our products a try and we want your experience with SBLA to be a pleasant one. Please email our customer service department at customerservice@sbla.com to discuss any issues that you are experiencing.  

How long should I use a product to see results?

It can be hard to know exactly when results will appear as everyone’s skin is different. At SBLA, our formulas are created with advanced technology that will deliver results sooner than most products. Some individuals may see immediate results, while for others it can take longer. In general, skin cells turn over every 28 days, which means that almost all topical skin care products require at least one month of use before you'll see the desired results.

Why have I not received a response to my email inquiry?

Our customer service representatives endeavor to answer all inquiries within 24 hours but sometimes due to volume, holidays, and weekends it may take a little longer. If you have not received a response in more than 24 hours, first please check your junk mail or spam folders as a response may be there. All customer service inquiries must be directed to customerservice@sbla.com.

Can I buy SBLA products elsewhere?

Our products are currently only available on our website SBLA.com and our Amazon store. If you are shopping with us from China you can purchase SBLA Beauty items on the TMall Global website.

Can I get a discount?

From time to time we do have specials and discounts. If you are on our mailing list you will always be aware of any upcoming specials on SBLA products.

I purchased before the sale, can you price match?

We can price match your order if the purchase was made within 3 days of the beginning of our sale. The difference in value will be provided in the form of an E-Gift Card for use only on SBLA.com.
